We retain all rights in the GoGreen Flags platform, software, and materials. You retain rights in your data. You grant us a license to use your data as necessary to provide and improve the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
